End of Year Celebration

Wow we are nearly at the end of a fantastic year of growing, playing and learning together and we’d like to celebrate with a party. So… on Tuesday 13th December (last week of term) we’d like to have a party with Mrs.Graham’s class. The children can dress up in their favourite Christmas clothes. Mrs. Graham’s class will bring the sweets and Mrs. Crockford’s class will bring the savoury. We can heat things up in the oven at school if needed.

It’s also that time of year when the library is doing the BIG stocktake. We need to start returning our resources to the library ( today we borrowed but will keep the books at school and I will keep library bags ready to pass onto next years teacher) This also includes our readers. Therefore, we will not be bringing readers home from school after the end of this week.

All library books and readers need to be returned. Look EVERYWHERE that books like to hide. Under beds, in toy boxes, back of the car, under the lounge, on your book shelves etc… if our class has 100% return of our books, we all get a surprise from Mrs. James but only if everyone returns their books. Don’t worry, we won’t stop reading! We will still be reading and writing in our classroom every day.
